Any information that is submitted through a form on the Mind In Power website, emailed to us, or spoken about over the phone, is kept private and confidential with us and our coaches and therapists. Our business model is based on a high reputation of trust and confidentiality. It is also in our own best interest to keep your personal information protected.
When you submit any information to mindinpower.com, you are agreeing to the following:
- That your submitted information may be used for analytical and research purposes
- That information automatically submitted along with a request for a coach or a therapist may be used and shared with coaches and therapists, including location information, IP address, and more automatically processed data from your computer, browser, and more.
When Matching You
To better assist you in matching you up with the right coach or therapist that better suit your needs; your information may be shared with the respective coach or therapist. By submitting your information through the Mind In Power website, you are consenting to sharing your information with the coaches and therapists that are part of our team. Your information is shared with our coaches so that they may assess if they are a good match for you or not.
Coach-Client Confidentiality
Any personal information that you share with your coach or therapist, is private and confidential between you and him or her. After you are matched up and choose who you will work with, any information that you share with him or her will be private and confidential between both of you. Coaches or therapists will never tell anyone about any of your personal information, unless that you authorize it, given that you will continue having any sessions with another coach or therapist that is part of the Mind In Power team. Nor will any coach or therapist ever ask other coaches or therapists about any private information about you.
